I could have SWORN there was a real person character, in the neighborhood of make believe, called Lady Evelyn. She had blue eyes and I think wavy, brown shoulder length hair and always wore dresses.

When I google Mister Rogers characters, she is never mentioned and I can't find anything about her.
It's annoying me. xD
And she's not on google images either.

Can someone help me find this character?

Yes, I do remember her. Her name was Lady Elaine Fairchilde. I actually looked it up, because I got curious as to whatever happened to her.
 
Sorry for resurrecting a dead thread, but I stumbled across this page while googling the exact same question. Finally I found the answer: She was Lady Aberlin, played by Betty Aberlin.

I saw her on an old episode of Mister Rogers, and wondered why I recognized her. It was because she played bit parts in Kevin Smith's films "Dogma" and "Jersey Girl".
