attracted but not interested?

I've been chatting for a few months to a guy online we have seen each other on webcam, by nature I'm a flirty personality which he has said turns him on and he likes getting turned on yet he complains when I turn him on, but turned around and said I was frigid when I wouldn't turn him on, he keeps giving mixed signals he wants to get intimate but he doesn't want to get intimate, it's confusing me yet he complains I give mixed signals!

He admitted yesterday that he is very physically attracted to me and wanted to know my attraction to him and I told him, but then he didn't seem interested that it was reciprocated
has anyone else been in this position as I really don't know how to handle this dude

Also, i am somewhat intrigued by what you consider to be reciprocation, considering you flirt so much.
