I have a 2002 Audi A4 1.8 with trip tonic transmission. I have noticed that when there is a small incline the car does not accelerate as fast as it should. I rev the car up to 3000 rpm and i cant feel it pulling. Also when there a big incline, car has trouble shifting from 1st to 2nd. I rev it up to 3500 rpm and it doesn't shift. When is in trip tonic mode and i shift my self, 2nd gear engages normally and the car accelerates fine. Only when is in automatic mode.
Transmission was scanned and ni faulty code was found. Anyone had a similar problem?
