Audi A6 or Mercedes E-Class (Estate)?

I would like to know your opinions on these two cars. It will be a company car, and I will be driving 700 miles per week, and I can only have the Audi or Merc. I like them both, and the price is not a deciding factor. They're both specced the same with 3.0 V6 diesel manuals. (I can't drive autos I find them too distracting). I like them both, but given the choice which would you have?
