(Australia) AU 3 Ford C2R, what are they???

I recently seen an Au C2R advertised, I was quite taken with it, but I'd like to know a lot more about them.
Anyone a fan who can give me there history???

From what I can tell on the internet from the USA, C2R was a car body kit company. I think they went bankrupt around 2005.
