Fairly cheap, just have that panel or bumper replaced, should only cost the price of the part and a paint job on the part, its plasic so not a big deal.
 
All you need is a new bumper cover.

An aftermarket cover is around $175.00, paint job around $150.00, installation about $100.00.

You can go here; http://car-part.com/ and find one already the color you need, and put it on yourself. Maybe $200.00 or less!
