Auxiliary Fan moves by itself in my Porsche ?WtF?

87' porsche 924 S My cooling fan dosent work, and overheats. But the main problem is the power drain!!! My auxiliary fan moves after i shut off the car and today both fans we blowin like crazy when got home and parked the car. Any suggestions on my part? or just pay the fee at the auto place?

The fan is thermostatically controlled. It stays on after the engine is shut down to continue cooling the radiator. Get that overheating problem checked immediately to avoid costly or catastrophic failure.
