Awkward situation, or opportunity for a comedic introduction?

I was at a restaurant on Sunday, and a very cute employee caught my eye. She flirted a little bit and i am VERY shy, so I didn't recognize it as flirting at first. I came back today, and she didn't wait on me, but walked by and smiled at me as I was eating. I smiled back, and I later saw her talking to one of her coworkers, and I'm 99% sure she was asking advice, because i started to leave, and she was kinda "posing" (not suggestively, I must point out) behind the counter. I overheard her ask quietly, "Like this?" I had no idea what to do, so I continued walking and and as I was walking out the door she broke the pose and said thanks. I thanked her back, and smiled and left. I plan on frequently returning to that restaurant by the way.
