B-movie DVD release in the UK?

I remember walking into a Virgin Megastores a few years ago and seeing a wall of DVDs of this B-movie, the name of which escapes me. The DVD came in a card slip-case with eyeholes to a rather creepy, shapeless face. Anyone hazard a guess as to what this was???
