I got my 3rd dan black belt on St. Paddies this year and celebrated with a few of those!!!

You must not be fully irish eh! Me and a few of my diehard punk rock friends will pound the bar with those bastards on the weekends. That and listening to some Flogging Molly never hurts either when you're drinking like a mohawked fish

nah.... actually only 1 quarter Irish (and shhhh ... 1/4 British) but the best part is the Italian in me


I vomitted at each of my black belt celebrations. The first I drank a whole bottle of tequilla WITH the damn worm (kinda slid down my throat from the bottle) ....
 
k, too lazy to see where this thread has led to. But, when i first started drinking, i had 6 beers, and i weigh 120, probably is a bit excessive, in germany i'd probably only down like 2 But, anyway i'm irish so i can handle a little alcohol. But, beer's not quite my fav, there's a reason i prefer vodka, or hard liquor atleast. mmmm mmmm good
 
for that reason exactly i don't drink beer. i hit the vodkas and shots.
 
How many times do have to tell you NK. There's plenty of good beer in this country. It's all just in microbrews that don't export. Some notable ones include Bells in Lansing, Michigan
Terrapin in Athens, Georgia
Swee****er in Atlanta, Georgia

This doesn't even cover all the good brewing company restaurants that are around like the Rockbottom Brewery. Or the Copper Creek Brewing Company here in Athens, the Broadripple Brewpub in Indianapolis, Indiana. This country is way to big for ALL of our beer to be crap. I'll extend the invitation again. Come on down to Athens, Georgia and I'll introduce you to some good American Beer.
 
Actually, i know a lot of scandinavians and have been out there and they all absolutely love Newcastle Brown ale. Its amazing, they cant get enough of the stuff. I even read a 'beer world cup' in their FHM, where they get one beer from every country and do rounds and whatnot like the actual world cup, and Newcastle brown won!

BTW, Jack Daniels is for teenage wannabe rockstars. JD is to whisky as what Bud is to beer. Get some real whisky down you.

Gatecrasher is still around, but i think its under new ownership or something, its not as famous as it was but still a good night out.
 
Cause most of the silly rednecks here drink Bud and coors, which if you want beer it would be better to drink watered down cat piss than either of these two. The best beer I have had so far has been in Europe, local stuff from Spain and Italy so not sure of the name, but there are a few imports here that are good Fosters come to mind. Us beer, my vote is for Sam Adams.

You are right though the average american cant drink worth spit, Spent a few years in the Navy drinking overseas and was befuddled trin to get my old mates to stay with me when I came home.
 
Haha but then again they were all young and my age so maybe give them a few years and corona wouldnt hit them as hard
