Barbell home workout routines?

I'm 5'9, 147 pounds. I do martial arts several times a week. Technically i'm in good shape, but i want larger more toned arms and a more carved stomach. I recently acquired some dumbbells and they are my only gear as of now. I believe i have 4 5-pound and 2 3-pound weights.

whats a good routine? how long should i work out, and should i do it daily?
