Baseball is so simple and yet you can make it so complex...?

okay recently I was thinking that If you do one thing in baseball there are about one million stats to describe what you did, and how well you did it. Is everything else like this? So simple, yet so complex when you look deeper into it?
 
Well, that's the beauty of baseball, you do so much and make such an impact with one AB, whether it be stats or something else.

If your a real, die hard baseball fan you would love to dig deeper in to the variety of stats that you can learn the meaning of and calculate and better compare this player between that player and so on.

For instance, when at I look at fielding statistics, I look at the UZR and UZR/150. Great way to check out how a player fields.

These stats really make or break if your a diehard "nerdy" baseball fan, which I guess I consider myself!
