Help! My sweet beagle can't stop itching parts of his body! He favors the space just above his tail and rubs it up against chairs, beds and even trees! We check for bugs, none, we went to the vet, who gave us Pregnetab (Pregnazone) but all that did was make him incontinent and the itching continued. Now he is biting parts of his back to the point that they bleed. We've bathed him in oatmeal shampoo, applied olive oil to the itchy spots, but nothing seems to work. Does anyone know what could be causing this and a remedy? Is he allergic to something we're missing??? Thanks...
