bearded dragons beak something wrong maybe?

well on my bearded dragons beak it has been like this fore a long time it has these lip shaped peeled back skin it isn't a shedding because it is very raw underneath she sheds ever 1-2 months too is their something wrong with her beak? or is she showing her feminine side? plus she is 5 or six months old i think six 12 1/2 inches long and she eats regularly
