So, in all honesty, I've never even been on a bike in my life, but I recently just got a real passion to try it out because it looks fun and I want to get the most out of life. I just signed up for a class, and so hopefully I'll have my license here pretty soon. What bike should I get? I want a road bike, one that I can drive to and from work and other places, but one that could handle off roading and long distances if ever needed though that's not a guarantee it would ever happen so yeah..and honestly, I'm on a budget so I would want to buy a used bike..and slim chances, but is there any way I could get this kind of bike for under $1,000? Is that even possible? Any insight, tips or advice would be great because I'm so naive on bikes right now any info would be great! Thanks!
