Belly button ring OR bar bell?

which is better for healing of the belly button?
because i personally like the bar bell better, but they pierced my belly button with a ring.
could i switch it out really quick even though I got it done a few days ago.
 
i wouldnt suggest it. they put that type in for a reason, plus you risk the chance of infection, and those little buggers close up quick :) youd probably have to wrestle it in. just let heal and than change it :) thats my suggestion :) hope that helped a little :)
 
I like the barbell better and mine was also done with a captive bead ring. I tried to change it too soon. It was a really bad idea. I almost could not get it back in. After what seemed forever I got it back in. It was very sore and painful. I'm lucky I did not get an infection and it set me back quite a bit in my healing process. And it did get infected at a later date. Just wait.
