I am in a low calorie diet with Alli. I have been on this for 3 weeks now! I have dropped a total of 25 pounds!!
I havent seen side effects but seems to be working. Well I work out 3 days out the week. My question is this I jog 2x and 1x just regular aerobics/ab. Im trying to loose my pregnancy fat! I lost alot of weight from my legs and thats bad for me! I am a latina and need my curves. All I want is to get slimmer on top. Which is my belly and arms. What can I do to help with this? I dont want to loose any more fat on my thighs butt or hips. I am 5'9 and weight at the moment 205 Im trying to go back down to my 175 but I want those 30some pounds to go from my upper body not my lower body! Please help..
