Belly Fat & Love Handles lol I need Help!?

I am in a low calorie diet with Alli. I have been on this for 3 weeks now! I have dropped a total of 25 pounds!! :-) I havent seen side effects but seems to be working. Well I work out 3 days out the week. My question is this I jog 2x and 1x just regular aerobics/ab. Im trying to loose my pregnancy fat! I lost alot of weight from my legs and thats bad for me! I am a latina and need my curves. All I want is to get slimmer on top. Which is my belly and arms. What can I do to help with this? I dont want to loose any more fat on my thighs butt or hips. I am 5'9 and weight at the moment 205 Im trying to go back down to my 175 but I want those 30some pounds to go from my upper body not my lower body! Please help..
 
Wrap some plastic around your waist (while jogging) or one of those things that you buy at the sporting goods, for wrapping around your waist.

It works as insulation, and will heat up that area and make it sweat and burn off the fat. Also.. do sit-ups or do them standing up. (Stand up, legs about 3 to 4 feet apart, arms stretched out or aiming to the sky,... and then you bend only at the waist from left to right; do about 200 per set)

and so you don't lose your butt, make sure you do squats and lunges. good luck.
