Bent valve on an 88 Nissan Pathfinder?

I think it has a bent valve/valves so I am replacing the cylinder heads. Problem is that I cannot for the life of me find anything anywhere for instructions how to do it! Can you help?
 
its not a simple task.id just keep my heads and have em machined at a machine shop, and buy bigger valves. its not just replacing the head theres so much that has to come off and you need special tools to get the car back in time. if u put it back together wrong u risk breakin sumthin else....start with takin the valve covers off if u think u can do it. and if your mechanically inclined you shud be able to figure out how to get the cam out and chain off witout droppin the chain into the bottom. and once its out the way u shud b able to see how to take the heads off
