Best affordable used SUVs?

We are looking for a new SUV, we need 3rd row seating, not extremely high mileage, not older than about 8 years old and we can't spend more than around 10K...What would you suggest to look at?
 
Avoid all Japanese and Korean models unless you are married to a mechanic.

Honda and Toyota are the worst ones on earth.

Get a Ford or Chevy.
