I'm determined to try and get fit enough to do a 5K run in a couple of weeks time. Ideally I would like to be able to run all of it, that's my aim, but if it really isn't possible (ie severe dangers to my health), I would jog it.
But, what would people advise as a very good and quick fitness plan? I'm willing to work hard, I have about 30 mins most days which I could exercise, 45 mins at a push, and up to an hour on weekends.
I'm sure the question will come up about my current fitness. I take part in three hours of Table Tennis weekly (which if you watch it, you do move about a lot!), and muck out two stables (I have horses) daily, which takes me about 15 mins and I would classify as pretty strong exercise lol, but I guess I will need someone with knowledge of horses and exercise to assist me in describing how much exericise that actually is. I don't just sit around the rest of the time, I'm almost always up and about on my feet etc.
Thanks!
