Best Cruise Excursions (Carnival Liberty)?

Okay, my 7 Day cruise goes to Cozumel, Grand Cayman and Ocho Rios. In Grand Cayman, I am definitely doing the Stingray City thing. :) i want to hear reviews of that as well as good excursions for the other ports. a friend recomended doing the Xcaret Eco Park in Cozumel. please, if you have done any of these things, tell me what excursions are the best. thanks
 
I like to drive around the island on Cozumel. The east side of the island is undeveloped and beautiful. You can rent a car for between $30 and $70, depending on the day. Reserve in advance for the best price. I also recommend the Punta Sur lighthouse, $5 per person.

I have done this cruise 3 times. So here goes. Grand Cayman definitely Stingray city. You can hold the SR and feed them really cool. If you have time afterward you can go the Eden rock and snorkel. Ochos Rios Dunn's River Falls, great trip, the only drawback is the people trying to sell you stuff afterward just ignore and keep walking. IF you stop and talk to one they will all pull on you. Just get on bus. Cozumel. Xcaret is nice but what i do is rent a jeep or VW bug Convertible and drive the island. This way you can see the whole island on your own. Go to the other side where the waves are rough and lay on the hammocks at the bar there and have a drink. Then go to the Channakab sp? park and swim if you want or go into town. After you drop the car off, if it is late leaving then go to Carlos and Charlies till time to leave, if it leaves early then go to Fat Tuesday at the pier.
