I've been partying a little too hard lately (woops!), and with that I've lost the reigns to what I used to be doing, which was 5-6 days of exercise a week and a pretty heavy nutrition plan, for the most part protein (but don't worry I didn't forget about the greens!). So essentially, would it be best just to jump back on to what I was doing initially (the original diet), or could I get any use out of a shock diet cutting out more carbs and fats than I normally did.
