Best internet? AT&T or Time Warner? Or maybe Verizon?

Ok so im gona be playing an online game and I want to get the fastest and most reliable internet...like I dont want to be getting disconnected all the time.

And how much would it cost?

Im not looking for a cable/phone/internet bundle. Just internet.
Wait so by cable it means internet? I just thought it meant extra channels on your TV...
 
AT&T and Verizon are DSL, which has better uptime that cable; however, Time Warner, which is cable, will be much, *much*, *MUCH* faster than DSL.
