My friends and I are done with school next spring and we want to just go on a vacation to just relax, shop, and have some fun. But we want somewhere cheap (because we spent all our money on school!) and safe. Any suggestions? We were thinking Cali, Florida, SC, or Texas as possibilities. We're in WI for school right now.
