i wanna know which is the best torrent downloader or torrent downloading software in 2013
for example if i am having a transfer rate of 300 kbps it should give me a speed of max 250 kbps in my downloads. please helppppppppppp
Torrent speed all depends upon seeders. That means more seeder more speed.
(Seeder are common people like you and me who already have downloaded or are downloading the file at the same are uploading as well, more people uploading higher the speed!)
I suggest you to download "express files" from express-files.com (or just Google it I don't remember exact website url)
It gives maximum possible speed. Best of luck xD
