Best tropical place to cruise to?

I am looking to get my husband a cruise package for us for Christmas. I am planning to go around March for Spring Break and his birthday. I want to do a 5-night cruise (or around that many nights.) I am looking at:
Mexico
Bahamas
Panama
Puerto Rico

Anyone been on any of these??

I'd recommend either Panama or Puerto Rico. While all four are pretty I think there is more of a "wow" factor when you go to Puerto Rico (and especially Panama) versus the heavily visited Bahamas and Mexico.

If you want a five day though you may have to leave from Puerto Rico on the ship since Panama is pretty far down there.
