Ok so I'm on the skinny side and want to begin workouts, swimming training etc cause the summer is here (Australia) and stuff. I know I have to do a lot of Cardio for my Abdominals, etc. I plan to go back to swimming soon. I am great swimmer and love to my push my swimming limit.
But what are the best ways to boost fitness? What kind things in a diet should I be looking at and how often should I be exercising? I'm 16 years old.
