So far I have used: Carsoup, Vehix, Autotrader, and Yahoo. Are there any others that I've missed?

There's eBay Motors of course. But don't limit yourself to just online sources. There are other places to look, such as consignment lots, public auctions, repo sales, police auctions, etc. Here's an article with a whole list:
