Best workout routine for my goals?

Hi,
I am at a great weight for my height i just need to trim down the middle, after having two kids. I don't have money to go to a professional so i've brought my question to you all!!!

So I feel like i have alot of extra baggage around the middle, my husband would say it's fine, but i'd love love love to be absolutely toned, i want to know what i need to be focusing on?? Cardio the most, or strength or abs? Any advice would be nice.
Thanks a bunch.
I should also add that i have to do this workout in my home!! due to my 2 kids, and there's no room for a treadmill. So I can run in place. and my endurance level is pretty high because i've been doing jillian michaels. i just wanted to make sure i'll eventually lose the fat.

You'll never beat jogging if you are not heavy and you can run lightly not pound the ground. Weight lifting builds muscle and lbs no matter what anyone says. I would do half sit ups and half leg ups so you don't hurt your back...........get up to a 100 of each a day. They are easy..........you can probably do 25 a day now. Start slow.......so as not to pull something. Drop as much sugar as possible and add ice water when you crave sugar.........have it always in the icebox and ready..........soon you will drink water and not eat.........soon no # ' s. Good luck!!!
