After an entire life of not playing video games, a friend of mine recently (a year ago) handed me a ps2 controller and a copy of burnout revenge. long story short, i've been hooked on gaming ever since.
ps2 is pretty much played out, and I'm ready to upgrade. i've played and hate the ps3's, so the obvious choice is 360. i want a black one, but i don't need 120gigs of memory. in fact, i'm not planning on using it for anything but gaming.
i have a couple of specific choices in front of me. the first is an elite system without the hard drive but with the HD hookups and a 64mb memory card. the second is an arcade without a hard-drive or HD hook-ups, but with a 256mb memory card included. both options will cost the same and include a wireless xbox adaptor (which leads me to a sub-question; can you even access live with only 64mb of memory?).
I only intend to game with my xbox. i'd also, maybe, use live for multi-player races, but that's about it. DLC is hit or miss, as I could probably live with or without it. So, which is best for my needs?
