Best years for Dodge Charger and Chrysler 300?

I'm thinking about buying a used Chrysler 300 or Dodge Charger (within 2006-2009) and want to know which years were best for both cars in terms of overall quality and reliability/ dependability.

Which year was the overall best and will cause me to take the least amount of trips to the shop???

P.S. I don't really want to know about the style or looks unless it is significantly a bad thing.
