EBAY!!!!! But I'd steer clear of any 'celebrity' exercise dvds. Most of them don't actually lose the weight from following the exercise plan. They are airbrushed in the "after" photo, and have their own personal trainers to get them into shape so that they can look their best for the filming of the dvd. They are the definition of hippocracy! lol. There are some great yoga dvds for beginners and right upto the advanced stage, on ebay and amazon though, and plenty of good quality but cheap mats too.
