Does the Bible speak about floods in the end times? How can atheists and non-believers deny these natural disasters as proof that Jesus is set to return? He said these things would happen.
Atheists will say, 'oh natural disasters have always happened since long ago," yes, true, BUT The Bible says that when all of these things happen AFTER Israel becomes a State again is the time He will return. Israel becoming a nation again was really the last prophesy that had to come true---Jesus could come at any moment after then. Israel has now become a nation again, now all of the other natural disasters discussed in the Bible is the marker for the true end times. Believe Jesus died for you and live again~!
screamin banshee, i will and do believe every word in the Bible. The Bible was actually written by God THROUGH men. So, if cannot sin, cannot lie, then every word in His book is TRUTH. Remember if your saved, your name is written in the Book of Life, and that Book will be opened on Judgment Day, the Bible says ANY NAME NOT FOUND WRITTEN IN THE BOOK OF LIFE, THAT PERSON WILL BE CAST IN HELL!!

The modern state of Israel , is no longer special to God...because it is involved in wars and weapons production...and it has NOT been since Peter took the good news to the Roman, Cornelius...Acts 10.
" Israel" now is the whole world...
(Acts 10:35) but in every nation the man that fears him and works righteousness is acceptable to him.
Any man or woman in the world can be acceptable and does not have to move to Israel or convert to Jewry. Just be fully obedient.
Matthew 28; 19,20

I'm old enough to remember that 1973 was definitely the date for the return of Jesus because it was 25 years, or one generation, after the formation of modern Israel. Floods, earthquakes and volcanoes were happening then, too.

1973 came and went, then they were saying that 1978 was definitely the date because it was 30 years or one generation after the formation of Israel. Floods, earthquakes and volcanoes were happening then, too.

Next it was 1988. That was a big one for some reason. Even high government officials in the Reagan administration were convinced that the end would happen that year because of course a generation was 40 years and floods, earthquakes and volcanoes were happening.

Then it was 1998 because suddenly everyone knew that a generation was 50 years. Floods, earthquakes and volcanoes were happening then, too.

Then it was 2000, not because a generation was 52 years but because surely Jesus would return in a year that was a nice, round number. Floods, earthquakes and volcanoes were happening then, too.

Do you start to understand why we really can't take those claims seriously?

Amen! there will be a lot of atheist denounce atheism in the very near future. shame it'll be too late
