Bike Handlebars Problem?

I don't know whats wrong with my bike
when i turn the handlebars the wheel doest turn with it
the handlebars just turn and the wheel stays in the same position.
what do i do to fix it?

There are two different types of head sets. The fist and oldest one is called a quill headset and will have a bolt right on top of the stem where it connects to the handlebars. Just watch the first few seconds where he removes the handlebars.

Try tightening the large nut on the stem under the handle bars.
