I honestly don't see the difference b/w these bikes unless you are a racer. For a person using them as a means of transport is their any difference:

Please elaborate. For instance the giant is aluminum and weighs 26 pounds and the Jupiter is steel and weighs about 30 pounds. That's just 4 pounds in terms of weight.
