I have just come back from my weekly bike ride of 14 miles. I left the House at 7:45AM and found it to be fairly cold. After riding for around 20Min's my ears started to burn (with the cold) I started to feel odd so I slowed down for around 10Min's.I ended up getting off as i thought i hadn't warmed up properly. As i got off the bike i went very dizzy, my legs became very right and felt like i had ridden the whole 14miles while i had only ridden about 4-5. I decided at this point not to take the risk and just come on home. I did get back on my bike and lightly peddled.
When i got home i went incredibly dizzy once again and felt like i had ridden the whole 14miles at top speed. Now im left with a bad headache.
As im new to bike riding im not sure what caused it. Would it be down to the cold? I don't have anything on my head (warmer etc) and the first sign i noticed were my ears burning with the cold. I also was in a hurry to get out and on the bike, so i had only just woken up around 30Min's before leaving the house and had missed breakfast (which i had done before but had no problems)
