I have seen it posted elsewhere on this site that fortified seed is not necessarily good for birds, as it can overwhelm their systems with too much nutrition, to the point of possible toxic levels.
So, that confuses me when it comes to mineral blocks. These blocks are practically all mineral, and thus I'd consider this, also, "fortified".
Are there those who disagree and caution against mineral blocks due to this like issue?
