I'm a bi female & not out. I have a crush on another woman (not sure if she's straight or bi). But we're working on this creative project together along with others. I have to be around her/interact with her.
I am thinking to give up on this crush for a couple reasons. She's seeing a guy with whom she says it's light and not serious. I'm getting mixed signals: she makes these sexual jokes/moves at times e.g. saying that she would love to flirt with me, at a club recently, when she greeted me with a hug, she nibbled my neck and then later, grabbed my behind whilst chatting with me, then hugged me again pressing her head against my breast. Whilst chatting with me until the wee hrs of the morning recently, she jokingly asked if we're having an affair. We'd been talking for hrs on the phone a lot for some days. This week, she's cold, business like and short on the phone.
Don't know if I misread her friendliness & playfulness b4 because she is affectionate with evryone. What do u think?
Her sudden coldness really hurts me (I'm kind of the sensitive, romantic, artsy type) and has me a bit depressed, especially because I was starting to feel so close to her from the long talks on the phone in the last month. I don't know if she's angry with me in particular or if it's someone else. But I haven't been able to talk with her on the phone long enough to ask. Don't really want to call again to feel the coldness again this week and she also has a strong temper and I don't want to make things worse. But sthg is def wrong and it's obvious from her words of facebook too. The team has a meeting next wk.

We're very different...I'm creative...she's more business-oriented. i'm kinda quiet and introspective and she's usually totally warm, spirited and outgoing....I haven't really felt this close to anyone in a long while.
