Bit torrent question: How to play episode files while the torrent is still

downloading? Im using BitTornado?
my friend uses bit comet and he does this. that's why i'm asking how I can do it, with bit tornado if possible. and I don't think bittorent is too random. Usually when I'm at 50%, the first half of the files are already downloaded, file size wise. the second half are empty files.
 
Not possible. The nature of torrents is that you download bits in a random order. You don't have the full file until it's finished completely.
