I'm downloading a torrent, and there is a large "swarm", and my port is correct, and functioning, and my computer's speed is over 600 kb/s, but my download rate rarely goes over 20 kb/s. Under "seeds", it says 11(65), and under peers, it says 80(472). What can I do to maximize my download speed?
