bittorrent download ????

How to delete a downloaded file by bittorrent. when I try to delete it ,it says program is used by another application.and also after quiting the bittorrent program, the downloaded file is not deleted. How to delete the file?
I also tried after disabling internet connection, but no result
after removing from bittorent it is still not deleting
 
Go to Bittorrent right click on the download you wandt to delete and click remove, after that just delete it from you hard drive.
 
What's probably happening is that the torrent is still being uploaded to other users. Stop the torrent completely and try again.
