I've done everything to increase my download speed as recommended on how-to sites. No matter what I do I can't fix it. It will cruise around 30-40 kb/s. My max is around 1500 kb/s. It will have sporadic bursts of max download speeds, but like it triggered a fail safe or something, it backs down again to 30-40. I have windows firewall off and webroot internet security on. Help. 1 album takes over two hours to download
