Roy "Big Country" Nelson (13-4)

Roy although good for his weight class even though he lacks alot of punching strength would still get wrecked by BJ Penn, Penn just has alot more skill and experience that Roy will not have for a long time.
 
BJ Penn a lot of people under-estimate.
I feel in 155 lbs he's ubeatable,
in 175 lbs he's great and a force that
anyone should fear,
and he has foughten the likes of
Lyoto Machida at 205 lbs coming in
a close desicion loss
so i beleive with his strong jiu Jitsu
great takedonw defense,
Great head movement,
and even better boxing
Roy Nelson might lose to BJ,
ofcourse the only way to know for sure
is if BJ gained 90 lbs and went up against
him in the octogon
