Whenever I boot up my desktop I immediately get a black screen with a blinking white underscore in the top left corner. No boot menu or anything, and CDs don't seem to do anything. I just teplaced the hard drive and that didn't fix it, nor did unplugging all my external hardware and then rebooting. Does anyone know?
