Blackberry 6 OS help needed?

Hello I bought a Blackberry today on contract and it said it has Blackberry 6 OS. However when I turn it on it has 5. I have heard you need to download this somehow. How do I update my blackberry so that I can have Blackbeery 6 OS? Thanks :)

You have to download blackberry desktop manager, plug in your blackberry device and on the top left corner of the program there is a tab called "device". click that and click on update and it will look for the os 6 software! Or onj your blackberry you can go to options>device, and click on wireless updates. Hope this helps!
