I'm interested in purchasing a blackberry device. I have Verizon and my contract is up in a month. How does this blackberry thing work? Can I only buy Verizon blackberries, or can I get one online cheaper and then just upgrade my data/internet plan? I know the IPhone is exclusive to AT&T, but are other blackberries? I'm confused and I don't want to ask Verizon because they may just tell me something to make a sale.
