My new blackberry 9700 just arrived and I have just gone onto the blackberry app world site to download the store app, however it says something about my handset not having the correct requirements for download.
Is there anything I can do to download it, change settings or something? I'm new to blackberry haha!
I'm on o2 too, if that changes anything.
