I've had my Blackberry 9300 for 4 months I've bought it from E-bay in 10/10 condition no problem, I've recently activated the Data Plan but my Apps like Twitter, Facebook, Blackberry Messenger etc aren't working It keeps saying "You are currently on a service plan that does not support this application. If you want to use this application , please contact your service provider to upgrade your data plan." How can i fix this without going to T-mobile. My Data Plan is already activated, but I can only use the internet when i have a bar of service, but my friends can use the Internet whenever , and Blackberry Messenger... Could someone Help?

-Carlton.
I've also reset my Blackberry many times, wiped it 100% Clean, and still no luck.

You may have a data plan, but if it is NOT a Blackberry data plan, NONE of yor Blackberry based apps and services will work. As you have found out, a "normal" data plan does not work for Blackberry phones.

So to answer your question, if you want that Blackberry using the internet using cellular data (3G) you will need to contact T-Mobile and CHANGE the data plan you currently have to a BlackBerry Data plan.

BUT if in fact you do have a Blackberry data plan, you will need to have T-Mobile Service Books pushed to your phone (something you will need to have T-Mobile's Blackberry Support walk you through). Especially if this is not a T-Mobile Blackberry. Once this happens you will need to register the Blackberry with the RIM servers and you will be good to go. When you do this, you will setup a Blackberry email account and BBM and all your other BB apps will work like a charm.

This could be because your bill isn't paid, since it shuts off your 3G powered internet connection. Hope this helps, good luck.
