First of all, BlackBerry, I had more problems with blackberry than with any other phone. It's unbelieveable. I am really upset with this. Okay, here's my problem
When I connect my blackberry bold 9000 to my mac or pc, it just doesn't show up, i have downloaded the newer desktop manager and the older one to both, pc and mac. It doesn't show up anywhere. Some of my friends say, its because my phone software is out of date, it has the 4.7 running. Well, how can i even update it, i can't access it online nor can i access it through pc. I've looked through several forums and tried everything they told other people with the same problem. Doesnt work. I tried everything.
My desktop manager is 4.7 and the other one is the newest
My device software is 4.7
The mass storage things are all on in my device
I tried hard & soft reset, uninstalling desktop managers, switched usb ports and usb cables, factory reseting my phone.
I have no idea what could've caused that. Please help!
BTW, if i put my media card into the media card reader i can put music on it and all, but i want to update my device. My phone doesnt even have that 'update application' or whatever you call that.
