Blackberry Bold 9650 or HTC Desire (Android)?

I have a Blackberry Curve 8330 on US Cellular and have had nothing but problems with it. It freezes all the time and I always have to do battery pulls. I have had it for a year and am sick of it so I'm getting a new phone. I cant decide if I want to take a change on the Bold 9650 or try out an Android phone.
